Frozen meat is available all the time but with we only have the capacity to handle one type of fresh meat each week, so here's the plan for the rest of 2008:
| 23 July - 3 September | No fresh meat as the weather's usually too hot, although we aim always to offer fresh bacon and gammon |

| 11-13 Sept | Pork, Sausages, Bacon, Gammon |
| 17-20 Sept | North Yorkshire Lamb |
| 24-27 Sept | Chicken and chicken portions |
| 1-4 Oct | Home produced Beef (begin taking orders for Christmas) |
| 8-11 Oct | Home produced Beef |
| 16-18 Oct | Pork, Sausages, Bacon, Gammon |
| 22-25 Oct | North Yorkshire Lamb |
| 29 Oct - 1 Nov | Chicken and chicken portions |
| 5-8 Nov | Home produced Beef |
| 12-15 Nov | Home produced Beef |
