Frozen meat is available all the time but with we only have the capacity to handle one type of fresh meat each week, so here's the plan for the rest of 2010. A price list is available for download at the bottom of the page.

| July 25-Sept 3 | No fresh meat as usually too hot to handle it although we aim always to offer fresh bacon, and gammon. |

| Sept 16-18 | North Yorkshire Lamb. |
| Sept 22-25 | Chicken and chicken portions. |
| Sept 29-Oct 2 | Fresh and smoked salmon fillets. (we start taking orders for Christmas) |

| Dec 21-24 | Christmas poultry, Pork Sausages, Sausage meat, Gammon, Pork pies. |
| Dec 25-28 | Shop closed for Christmas. |
| Dec 29-31 | Shop open but no fresh meat this week. |
| Jan 1-3 | Shop closed for New Year. |
| Jan 4 | Shop reopens but no fresh meat until January 14th |
