Autumn Equinox

What a lovely weekend but now we're back to grey days.
It's still Organic September and if you are reading this you probably are buying organic already but why not try to persuade a friend to make a small change for Organic September by eating less, but better meat. Organic farmers provide their animals with the highest quality of life possibly and support biodiversity by providing natural habitats for wildlife. Animals are reared without the routine use of antibiotics and graze naturally on a GM free diet.
This week in the shop we'll have fresh organic bacon, cooked ham, minced beef and pork and stewing steak.
We also are starting to have deliveries of organic UK apples and pears.
For a full list of what's in the shop this week see our organic fruit and vegetable price guide.
Just to remind you that if you or a friend can't come to the shop you can take virtual tour! You can then email in an order and we will endeavour to deliver it - see our delivery page for details.
It's the Autumn Equinox on Wednesday. Have a good week!

Organic September

We're now back to our regular blogs. My sister has returned from 2 family weddings in Canada and I just got to see all the photos on Facebook! It really feels as if summer is over. Once the children are back at school the weather always seems to change - cold nights and mornings, but we had a lovely sunny day yesterday! It's Organic September. If you are reading this you probably are buying organic already but why not try and persuade a friend to come and visit our shop or take a virtual tour!
For a full list of what's in the shop this week see our organic fruit and vegetable price guide.
No fresh meat or salmon this week but we do have a range of frozen organic meat with a 10% discount!
Have a good week!
