Oranges and lemons

Hope you have recovered from all the excesses of Christmas and the New Year!
We are starting to see more of the sun even though it has become colder. The days are also becoming slightly longer - well only by 2 minutes each day but it does make a difference!
We are seeing a lot of lovely organic oranges in the shop - blood oranges and for a short period Seville oranges. So have a go at making your own marmalade with this Nigel Slater recipe - he says use the fruit as soon as you see it in the shops. Don't fret if you haven't time to make your own - we also have locally made marmalade.
For our full range of produce in the shop see our latest organic fruit and vegetable price guide. We will have fresh organic chicken in the shop this week.
Have a good week!
